The Marina Management Committee shall consist of the Commodore as Chair, the Fleet Captain, and four additional members (hereinafter referred to as "regular committee members"), chosen by the Commodore and approved by the Board of Directors at its February Board Meeting. This committee shall be responsible for the management of Cabrillo Landing, shall report to the Board of Directors at all regular Board meetings, and shall submit all policy recommendations to the Board for approval. The Commodore shall be designated as Partner Designee and shall represent the Club in communications with the Port of Los Angeles. The regular committee members shall be members of the Club and consist of individuals chosen for their ability to serve the needs of the committee. The incoming Commodore may appoint one new regular committee member and make such other appointments required to fill vacancies created by resignations of regular committee members, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors at its next regular meeting.
